(SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN)
Every barangay’s youth assembly, or Katipunan ng Kabataan, is governed by the Sangguniang Kabataan, or youth council. At elections held by the Commission on Elections, they are chosen by the Katipunan ng Kabataan’s members (COMELEC).

Baybay City SK Federation seeks to revolutionize innovation which aims to eradicate the conventional paper-based referencing of the documentary outputs. The Digital Resource Hub is yet another milestone for the Baybay Youth to access significant information and comply with their legal roles in a more efficient and proven systematic way leveraging technological solutions.

CITY-WIDE LINGGO NG KABATAAN 2023 | The National Youth Commission issued an advisory thereby enjoining all SK Barangay Officials, LYDC Members and Youth Organizations to participate and hold activities for the joint commemoration of the National Youth Day, International Youth Day, ASEAN Day, and Linggo Ng Kabataan this August 2023, collectively named “IANYDxLNK”.
